“A little disappointed that for the price, our guide was not able to enter the cathedral with us. Our guide was very personable, but we were surprised we had to wait in line (which really wasn’t that long a wait, but it was really cold) - again, but for the price there was no skip the line. She had mentioned prior to entering the cathedral that guides were not allowed in there, but we did see some guides in the cathedral with their groups. When we mentioned that, she said it was because they had been guides for a long time and had the requisite experience to enter the cathedral.…”

“The tour guide was not easy to understand and did not share the beautiful history of Notre Dame in a manner that was easy to follow. Very scattered. Even though she said she would walk at a slow pace, my sister and I were left behind and unable to complete the tour with the group. We stopped for a moment to take a picture and when looked up through the crowd, our group was gone. We could not find the direction the went. The tour was entirely too crowded.”
