“The "luxury" coach has very small, close seats, not enough room to put your tray down if the person in front of you lays back, limited air control, no place on the seat back to keep items. Our guide was very pleasant and worked hard unfortunately her strong accent made it hard to understand her English. If English were my second language I would have really struggled to understand. Cheverny seemed to be an add-on but was our favorite.”
