“Unfortunately not as advertised. I think these people saw it was 2 women traveling alone and figured they could pull one on us. What resulted was a scary experience where I was in a foreign country in the dark and picked up by a random guy in a hoodie who happened to have my name, and who drove us to our destination in a rusty Toyota where I was unable to get a license plate or name for. I'm 99% sure these people contracted out an uber driver who was available and paid him half what we paid and pocketed the rest. They did give us half of our money…”

“I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this was the worst experience with an airport car service that I have ever had.. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. The driver did not show up at the airport to pick us up. When I called the driver, he said that he was at his desk and would be there in 25 minutes. I said that was unacceptable. I called customer service to cancel and get a refund. They asked for another chance and sent another driver that took a very long time to find us at the airport with very poor communication.”
