For Ginger restaurant I have one advice; Serve the food on warm plates and not both plate and choice of food from the menu already being lukewarm when put before the guest. It was already cold halfway through. Could have told this while being there still, but I worked in service for many years and the dessert still had to be served. 😅 That’s why I chose to put my ‘criticism’ up here.
